Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time hybrid iPay Call Center Representative will assist bill pay website and mobile application subscribers with inbound phone and chat support, focusing on issue resolution, customer education, and technical support.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver timely product support by assessing and resolving customer issues in a single interaction
  • Establish a positive rapport with customers while adhering to security protocols for information verification
  • Document product issues and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate leadership for resolution
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a customer-facing or phone support role
  • Ability to work an assigned shift with no flexibility, between 9am-10pm ET, Monday to Friday
  • Availability to complete a training schedule for the first 6 weeks from 8:00am - 5:00pm ET, Monday to Friday
  • Capability to maintain a work-from-home status with required internet speeds (20 mbps download, 10 mbps upload)
