Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Call Center Representative will assist customers with vehicle breakdowns, manage communication protocols, and process service requests, with training conducted onsite before transitioning to remote work.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns and improve customer communication
  • Coordinate with technicians and vendors to manage service workflow and repairs
  • Handle incoming calls and follow-up inquiries regarding billing and service requests
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Three or more years of customer service experience with issue resolution
  • Experience in accounting, billing, or invoicing is preferred
