Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Call Center Representative will assist customers with vehicle breakdowns, manage communication protocols, and process service requests, with training conducted onsite before transitioning to remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns and improve customer communication
- Coordinate with technicians and vendors to manage service workflow and repairs
- Handle incoming calls and follow-up inquiries regarding billing and service requests
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Three or more years of customer service experience with issue resolution
- Experience in accounting, billing, or invoicing is preferred
