Job Summary

To support a high-volume clinic, the full-time Call Center Representative will answer customer calls, provide quality service, and utilize department software systems while working remotely within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls to meet service level goals and process appointments
  • Deliver quality customer service through effective communication and software utilization
  • Enhance knowledge of hospital services and programs to provide added value to customer interactions
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
  • One year of experience in a healthcare environment is strongly preferred
  • EPIC Certification upon hire is preferred
