Job Summary

Supporting customers in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls, service unique customer needs, and promote additional products while receiving paid training and ongoing coaching.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their claims and service inquiries
  • Build trust with customers by addressing their needs and offering additional products
  • Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while multitasking during calls
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work
  • High-speed internet connection at the candidate's expense
  • Computer must be physically connected to the router or modem via cable
