Job Summary

Supporting customers in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will handle inbound calls, address unique customer needs, and promote additional products while receiving paid training and ongoing coaching.

Key responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries and claims
  • Build trust with customers by demonstrating empathy and providing excellent service
  • Navigate multiple computer systems to efficiently manage customer interactions
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Willingness to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends
  • Access to a designated workspace free from noise and distractions
