Job Summary
Supporting customers in a remote environment, the full-time Call Center Representative will take inbound calls to address unique needs and promote additional products while receiving paid training and ongoing coaching.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and claims
- Build trust with customers by demonstrating empathy and providing exceptional service
- Navigate multiple computer systems to efficiently manage customer interactions
Required qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service roles
- Willingness to work a schedule that includes weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours
- Access to a designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet
