Job Summary

Supporting customers in a remote environment, the full-time Call Center Representative will take inbound calls to address unique needs and promote additional products while receiving paid training and ongoing coaching.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and claims
  • Build trust with customers by demonstrating empathy and providing exceptional service
  • Navigate multiple computer systems to efficiently manage customer interactions
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Willingness to work a schedule that includes weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours
  • Access to a designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet
