Job Summary
Supporting customers in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will take inbound calls to address unique needs, build trust, and offer additional products while navigating multiple computer systems.
Key responsibilities
- Take inbound calls to assist customers with their claims and service inquiries
- Demonstrate empathy and provide support to customers recently involved in accidents
- Offer additional products to customers based on their needs and preferences
Required qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience; OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience navigating multiple computer systems
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work
- High-speed internet connection at home, with a wired connection to the provided computer
