Job Summary

Supporting customers in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will take inbound calls to address unique needs, build trust, and offer additional products while navigating multiple computer systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls to assist customers with their claims and service inquiries
  • Demonstrate empathy and provide support to customers recently involved in accidents
  • Offer additional products to customers based on their needs and preferences
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience; OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience navigating multiple computer systems
  • Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work
  • High-speed internet connection at home, with a wired connection to the provided computer
