Job Summary
Supporting customers through inbound calls, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will address unique needs, set up new claim reports, and offer additional products while receiving paid training and ongoing coaching.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their claims and service needs
- Demonstrate empathy and build trust while managing customer interactions
- Navigate multiple computer systems to efficiently process claims and offer additional products
Required qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with customer service in a call center setting
- Willingness to work a schedule that includes weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions, with high-speed internet access
