Job Summary

Supporting customers through inbound calls, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will address unique needs, set up new claim reports, and offer additional products while receiving paid training and ongoing coaching.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their claims and service needs
  • Demonstrate empathy and build trust while managing customer interactions
  • Navigate multiple computer systems to efficiently process claims and offer additional products
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or a minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with customer service in a call center setting
  • Willingness to work a schedule that includes weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours
  • Designated workspace free from noise and distractions, with high-speed internet access
