Job Summary
Supporting customers in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will take inbound calls to address unique needs, set up new claim reports, and offer additional products while receiving paid training and ongoing coaching.
Key responsibilities
- Take inbound calls to assist customers with their claims and service inquiries
- Demonstrate empathy while setting up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents
- Offer additional products to customers based on their needs
Required qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems effectively
- Commitment to a full-time schedule that includes weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work
- High-speed internet connection and a wired computer setup as per requirements
