Job Summary

Supporting customers in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will take inbound calls, address customer needs, and offer additional products while receiving paid training and ongoing coaching.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their unique needs and set up new claim reports
  • Demonstrate empathy and trust while servicing customers, particularly those recently involved in accidents
  • Navigate multiple computer systems to efficiently manage customer interactions and product offerings
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or a minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Willingness to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends
  • Access to a designated workspace free from noise and distractions, along with high-speed internet
