Job Summary
Supporting customers in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will take inbound calls, address customer needs, and offer additional products while receiving paid training and ongoing coaching.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their unique needs and set up new claim reports
- Demonstrate empathy and trust while servicing customers, particularly those recently involved in accidents
- Navigate multiple computer systems to efficiently manage customer interactions and product offerings
Required qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
- Experience in customer service roles
- Willingness to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- Access to a designated workspace free from noise and distractions, along with high-speed internet
