Job Summary

Supporting customer needs in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will take inbound calls, assist with claims, and offer additional products while navigating multiple computer systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls and assist with setting up new claim reports
  • Build trust with customers by addressing their unique needs and offering additional products
  • Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching to enhance customer service skills
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
  • Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work
  • High-speed internet connection at personal expense
  • Willingness to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends after training
