Job Summary

To support customer needs in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Call Center Representative will take inbound calls, build trust with customers, and assist with claim reports while offering additional products remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls to assist customers with their unique needs and build trust
  • Set up new claim reports for customers recently involved in accidents
  • Offer additional products to customers while providing exceptional service
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work
  • High-speed internet connection at personal expense unless otherwise required by law
