Job Summary
To support customer needs in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Call Center Representative will take inbound calls, build trust with customers, and assist with claim reports while offering additional products remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Take inbound calls to assist customers with their unique needs and build trust
- Set up new claim reports for customers recently involved in accidents
- Offer additional products to customers while providing exceptional service
Required qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Experience in customer service roles
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work
- High-speed internet connection at personal expense unless otherwise required by law
