Job Summary
Supporting customers in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will take inbound calls, address unique customer needs, and offer additional products while receiving paid training and ongoing coaching.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and claims
- Build trust with customers by demonstrating empathy and providing tailored support
- Multitask effectively while navigating multiple computer systems to service customer needs
Required qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience
- OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to work a schedule that includes weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work
- High-speed internet connection and a wired computer setup as per requirements
