Job Summary

Supporting customers in a remote environment, the full-time Call Center Representative will take inbound calls to address customer needs, set up new claim reports, and offer additional products while providing empathetic service.

Key responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls and assist customers with their unique needs
  • Set up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents
  • Offer additional products to enhance customer service experience
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
  • High-speed internet connection at your expense
