Job Summary
Supporting customers in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will take inbound calls, address unique customer needs, and promote additional products while receiving comprehensive paid training and ongoing coaching.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers, assisting with their inquiries and service needs
- Build trust with customers by demonstrating empathy and providing effective solutions
- Promote additional products to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
Required qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience
- OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Experience in a customer service role
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work
