Job Summary

Supporting customers in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will take inbound calls, address unique customer needs, and promote additional products while receiving comprehensive paid training and ongoing coaching.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from customers, assisting with their inquiries and service needs
  • Build trust with customers by demonstrating empathy and providing effective solutions
  • Promote additional products to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience
  • OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work
