Job Summary

Supporting customers in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will take inbound calls to address unique needs, set up claim reports, and offer additional products while receiving paid training and ongoing coaching.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls to provide assistance and build trust
  • Set up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents
  • Offer additional products based on customer needs and inquiries
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
  • A minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
  • Commitment to a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Designated workspace that meets remote work requirements
