Job Summary
Supporting customers in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will take inbound calls to address unique needs, set up claim reports, and offer additional products while receiving paid training and ongoing coaching.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls to provide assistance and build trust
- Set up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents
- Offer additional products based on customer needs and inquiries
Required qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
- A minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Commitment to a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends
- Designated workspace that meets remote work requirements
