Job Summary

Supporting customers in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will take inbound calls, address unique customer needs, and offer additional products while receiving paid training and ongoing coaching.

Key responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and claims
  • Build trust and rapport with customers by demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Navigate multiple computer systems to efficiently service customer needs
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Willingness to work a combination of weekdays, weekends, and evening hours
  • Designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet access
