Job Summary

Handling a high volume of inbound client inquiries, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will provide information, process customer profile changes, and direct requests to appropriate business teams while focusing on first call resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Research and resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations, leveraging a strong understanding of business rules, products, and procedures
  • Determine root causes of client issues and coordinate resolutions with internal departments
  • Document customer interactions and updates in the appropriate systems, serving as a resource and mentor for new hires
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4 - 6 years of related experience in a customer service environment
