Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Call Center Representative will provide customer service support to long-term care providers and members, manage escalated issues, and resolve operational problems during standard business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expertise and customer service support to long-term care providers and members
- Serve as the liaison to manage first-level response and resolution of escalated issues
- Investigate and resolve claim, prior authorization, and customer service issues
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years of healthcare customer service experience
- 1+ years of medical claims experience
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of medical codes (CPT, HCPCS, and/or ICD-10)
