Job Summary

Providing Tier 1 HR Help Desk support, the part-time Call Center Representative will manage inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email, while working in a hybrid environment with remote days on Monday, Thursday, and Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage difficult interactions with professionalism to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Execute back-office HR tasks in accordance with company policies and compliance standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows through AI and automation solutions
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience in HR shared services or call center environments
  • Proficiency with AI-driven chat bots, voice assistants, and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions
  • Experience utilizing case-management or ticketing systems in a high-volume support environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
