Job Summary
To support customer service excellence, the contracted Call Center Representative will assist boaters by utilizing CRM tools to geo-locate, problem-solve, and dispatch solutions while working remotely during morning, afternoon, or overnight hours.
Key responsibilities
- Support customers through CRM tools, addressing inquiries and resolving issues empathetically
- Document interactions accurately and follow up on open issues while identifying trends for management
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple systems
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of call center experience required
- Technical experience with current CRMs strongly preferred
- Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Strong understanding of text and chat acronyms, with excellent grammar skills
