Job Summary

To support customer service excellence, the contracted Call Center Representative will assist boaters by utilizing CRM tools to geo-locate, problem-solve, and dispatch solutions while working remotely during morning, afternoon, or overnight hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Support customers through CRM tools, addressing inquiries and resolving issues empathetically
  • Document interactions accurately and follow up on open issues while identifying trends for management
  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple systems
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of call center experience required
  • Technical experience with current CRMs strongly preferred
  • Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of text and chat acronyms, with excellent grammar skills
