Job Summary

To support a dynamic remote team, the contracted Call Center Representative will assist customers using CRM tools, document interactions, and identify trends while working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide customer support through CRM systems, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions
  • Identify and escalate high-risk customer situations while delivering empathetic resolutions
  • Analyze recurring issues and trends to improve service delivery and customer experience
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of call center experience required
  • Technical experience with current CRM systems is strongly preferred
  • Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of text and chat acronyms, along with excellent grammar skills
