Call Center Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will engage with prospective clients, set appointments for the sales team, and provide exceptional customer service while working flexible hours, including weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team
• Communicate product and service value to educate clients effectively
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and log all activities accurately in the CRM

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in a multi-product sales environment preferred
• Background in home improvement inside sales strongly desired
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of call center experience required
• Experience with Lead Perfection CRM is a plus
