Job Summary
Providing essential support as the first point of contact for incoming calls, the temporary remote Call Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, document information, and resolve issues while ensuring a seamless service delivery experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from clients, vendors, and suppliers, following specific protocols for triage and escalation
- Document required information accurately in company systems to ensure effective tracking and resolution
- Manage check-in and check-out calls from vendor technicians, ensuring all job tasks are completed satisfactorily
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Experience with complex or multi-line phone systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of PC Tools
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
