Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Providing personalized service to physician callers, the full-time Hospital Program Call Center Representative will manage inquiries, access multiple software systems, and collaborate with internal departments to enhance service delivery while working remotely in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and respond to physician inquiries with expert knowledge of services and programs
• Draft best practices for routing and responding to calls in collaboration with internal departments
• Participate in staff training and serve as a resource for co-workers as needed

Required qualifications

• Two to three years of customer service experience
• Strong basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Fluid knowledge of common medical and hospital terminology
• Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Proven strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and initiate solutions
