Call Center Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will engage with prospective clients to set appointments, educate them on company products, and ensure a positive customer experience while working flexible hours with weekend availability.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team
• Communicate the value of company products and services effectively
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls while meeting performance goals

Required qualifications:

• Prior experience in a multi-product sales environment preferred
• Background in home improvement inside sales strongly desired
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of call center experience required
• Experience with Lead Perfection CRM is a plus
