Job Summary
Supporting inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects, the part-time Call Center Representative will handle inquiries, assist customers with service questions, and promote new products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
- Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
- Accurately document and process customer claims while adhering to required scripts and procedures
Required qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of the Windows operating system
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
