Call Center Representative

Job Summary

To support recruitment operations, the temporary remote Call Center Representative will conduct outbound calls, manage participant communications, and ensure a positive experience while documenting responses and tracking progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound recruitment calls and structured surveys while responding to participant inquiries with professionalism
• Document participant information accurately and monitor recruitment progress to meet project goals
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive continuous improvement in recruitment efforts

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer operations
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while documenting participant interactions accurately
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve project goals
