Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will engage with prospective clients to set appointments, educate them about company products, and deliver exceptional customer service while working flexible hours with weekend availability.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team
- Communicate the value of company products and services to educate clients
- Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications:
- Prior experience in a multi-product sales environment preferred
- Background in home improvement inside sales strongly desired
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of call center experience required
- Experience with Lead Perfection CRM a plus
