Call Center Representative - PR

Job Summary

Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, the full-time remote Call Center Representative - PR will provide exceptional customer service, schedule appointments, and assist patients and their families with accurate information regarding healthcare services.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism
• Schedule patient appointments using the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, billing, and appointment availability

Required qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant call center experience
• Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Bengali, or Korean required
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields
• Able to pass a typing test with a minimum of 40 WPM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
