Job Summary
Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, the full-time remote Call Center Representative - PR will provide exceptional customer service, schedule appointments, and assist patients and their families with accurate information regarding healthcare services.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Schedule patient appointments using the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, billing, and appointment availability
Required qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant call center experience
- Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Bengali, or Korean required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields
- Able to pass a typing test with a minimum of 40 WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
