Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Schedule patient appointments and respond to inquiries regarding services
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate call records

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant call center experience
• Bilingual in English and another language (Spanish, Russian, etc.)
• 1 - 2 years of customer service experience required
• Able to pass a typing test with a minimum of 40 WPM
• Must have reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home office setup
