Call Center Sales Associate

Job Summary

Engaging with warm leads, the temporary Call Center Sales Associate will work virtually, either full-time or part-time, to provide exceptional customer service, convert inquiries into sales, and articulate the value of new consumer products.

Key responsibilities

• Take and make calls, responding to incoming inquiries via email
• Build rapport with potential customers and guide them to suitable solutions
• Manage and track customer interactions accurately within the systems

Required qualifications

• Strong background in sales or outstanding customer service experience
• Natural ability to build rapport and influence over the phone and in writing
• Confidence in converting warm leads into successful outcomes
