Job Summary

Engaging with potential customers through warm leads, the full-time Call Center Sales Associate will take and make calls, respond to inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service while guiding clients to the right solutions for their relocation needs in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take and make calls, as well as respond to incoming inquiries via email
• Convert inquiries into confirmed customers using effective sales techniques
• Manage and track customer interactions accurately within the system

Required qualifications

• Strong background in sales, particularly in a call center or inside sales environment, or outstanding customer service experience
• Natural ability to build rapport and influence over the phone and in writing
• Confidence in converting warm leads into successful outcomes
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
• Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment
