Job Summary

Leading a team of Call Center Sales Representatives, the full-time Call Center Sales Supervisor will drive performance and ensure exceptional customer experiences while working remotely from Scottsdale, AZ.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team, conducting performance reviews and monitoring key metrics
• Oversee daily call center operations, ensuring appropriate staffing and quality standards
• Support lead conversion efforts by analyzing trends and collaborating with sales and marketing teams

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in senior living sales, call center, or customer service roles
• 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of lead management and CRM systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
