Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for patients at various clinic locations
  • Document patient information accurately in the Vision system and verify insurance requirements
  • Maintain professional relationships and respond promptly to patient inquiries and messages
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma with formal training from a vocational school or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or centralized scheduling role
  • Knowledge of general medical terminology and managed care functions
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), Vision system, and MS Office
