Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Scheduler to manage patient scheduling and inquiries in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for patients at various clinic locations
- Document patient information accurately in the Vision system and verify insurance requirements
- Maintain professional relationships and respond promptly to patient inquiries and messages
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma with formal training from a vocational school or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or centralized scheduling role
- Knowledge of general medical terminology and managed care functions
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), Vision system, and MS Office
