Job Summary

To support patient scheduling needs, the part-time Call Center Scheduler will manage inbound and outbound calls, coordinate appointments, and provide accurate information regarding services while working remotely during specified day shift hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments while managing voicemails and In Basket messages
  • Direct calls to appropriate staff, verify and enter patient information, and handle website-scheduled appointments
  • Assist with routing patient complaints or compliments and ensure accuracy in all scheduling and registration tasks
Required qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in a call center setting, preferably in a healthcare environment
