Job Summary
To support patient scheduling needs, the part-time Call Center Scheduler will manage inbound and outbound calls, coordinate appointments, and provide accurate information in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Book, coordinate, and reschedule patient appointments according to protocol
- Answer telephone inquiries regarding appointments and direct calls to appropriate staff
- Obtain and verify patient information accurately and timely
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center setting, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with computerized EMR (electronic medical records) systems is highly desirable
- Comfortable with computer usage and technology
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills
