Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Call Center Referral Scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the referral scheduling process across centralized Epic referral work queues
- Monitor and maintain referral queues, ensuring timely scheduling and management of appointment slots
- Supervise and support a team of Patient Service Representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Three or more years of call center experience
- Three or more years of healthcare experience preferred
- Two or more years of call center supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of Ring Central CXone or other contact center telephony platforms required
