Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Call Center Referral Scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the referral scheduling process across centralized Epic referral work queues
  • Monitor and maintain referral queues, ensuring timely scheduling and management of appointment slots
  • Supervise and support a team of Patient Service Representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Three or more years of call center experience
  • Three or more years of healthcare experience preferred
  • Two or more years of call center supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Ring Central CXone or other contact center telephony platforms required
