Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist - IC.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing exceptional customer service
- Schedule patient appointments and respond to inquiries regarding services and billing
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate call records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant call center experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, quality, or auditing
- Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Bengali, or Korean required
- Ability to pass a typing test with at least 40 WPM
- Access to a reliable and high-speed Wi-Fi connection
