Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist - IC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing exceptional customer service
  • Schedule patient appointments and respond to inquiries regarding services and billing
  • Document patient interactions and maintain accurate call records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant call center experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, quality, or auditing
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Bengali, or Korean required
  • Ability to pass a typing test with at least 40 WPM
  • Access to a reliable and high-speed Wi-Fi connection
