Required Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant call center experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields
- Bilingual in Bengali
- Ability to pass a typing test with a minimum of 40 WPM
- Access to reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and necessary equipment for remote work
