Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist - IC.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing exceptional customer service
• Schedule patient appointments and respond to inquiries regarding services and billing
• Document patient interactions and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to enhance patient experience

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant call center experience
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields
• Bilingual in Bengali
• Ability to pass a typing test with a minimum of 40 WPM
• Access to reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and necessary equipment for remote work
