Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Call Center Specialist will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, schedule patient appointments, and assist patients with inquiries regarding healthcare services and billing.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Schedule patient appointments using the electronic medical record (EMR) system and respond to inquiries about services and billing
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate call records while adhering to HIPAA regulations
Required qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant call center experience
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and one additional language such as Spanish, Russian, or Chinese
- Ability to pass a typing test with a minimum of 40 WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
