Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Call Center Specialist will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, schedule patient appointments, and assist patients with inquiries regarding healthcare services.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Schedule patient appointments accurately using the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, appointment availability, and billing information
Required qualifications
- Associate degree preferred, or equivalent relevant call center experience
- One to two years of experience in customer service or related fields
- Bilingual in English and one additional language such as Spanish, Russian, or Chinese
- Able to pass a typing test with at least 40 WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
