Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective leadership, coaching, and professional development for Contact Center staff
- Implement best practices for ongoing efficiencies and ensure compliance with company policies
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and maintain performance standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post high school education and/or work experience
- 2 or more years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience in a multi-facet Call Center
- Health Insurance Call Center experience preferred
- 4 or more years of supervisory and/or leadership experience preferred
