Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Supervisor to provide leadership and direction for staff members within their Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective leadership, coaching, and professional development for Contact Center staff
  • Implement best practices for ongoing efficiencies and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Resolve escalated customer inquiries and maintain performance standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent post high school education and/or work experience
  • 2 or more years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience in a multi-facet Call Center
  • Health Insurance Call Center experience preferred
  • 4 or more years of supervisory and/or leadership experience preferred
