Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations and performance in inbound call centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily performance metrics are met or exceeded, including quality and service levels
- Coach and educate agents to improve their performance, focusing on accountability and enthusiasm
- Administer coaching, disciplinary actions, and handle performance discussions as needed
Required Qualifications
- Preference for candidates with a healthcare, nursing, or sales background
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
- Solid organizational, leadership, and time management skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass mandatory background checks, including drug tests and credit checks
