Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client inquiries or complaints

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field required
  • 3-5 years of experience supervising or leading a team in a customer service or underwriting environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operational tools
