Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience supervising or leading a team in a customer service or underwriting environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operational tools
- Experience managing remote teams or virtual workflows is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to monitor team performance and implement process improvements
