Job Summary
Leading and developing an outbound sales team, the full-time Call Center Supervisor will drive team performance, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure the generation of qualified opportunities both in-office and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8+ Business Development Associates
- Drive team performance to meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and revenue targets
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, call monitoring, and pipeline reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a call center, sales, or high-volume environment
- Experience in managing teams of 6+ employees, including remote team members
- Proven ability to build, develop, and improve team performance
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
