Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Center Inbound FSR Team Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coaches and trains call center agents on sales and servicing techniques
- Monitors agent calls and reviews key metrics to ensure quality standards are met
- Assists in budget and departmental planning to drive innovation and improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Three years of similar or related experience
- Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or equivalent
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and knowledge of Symitar
- Experience in Call Center Supervisory roles
- Thorough knowledge of credit union policies and procedures in loan origination and new accounts functions
