Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loss Drafts Inbound Call Center - Team Lead I.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee completion of delegated tasks and monitor loss drafts claim documentation processing to ensure operational accuracy
- Conduct regular quality checks and track team performance metrics to guide improvements in loss drafts services
