Job Summary

Supervising daily operations in a remote environment, the full-time Texas Licensed Call Center Team Lead will ensure team performance, motivate employees, and manage staffing schedules while providing feedback and handling escalated calls.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of performance metrics through ongoing feedback
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and implement rewards and recognition programs
  • Assist in the selection and coaching of employees, managing a team of up to 15 staff members
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Experience in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems
  • Strong management, teaching, and coaching skills
