Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 15-20 associates and oversee daily operations of the Call Center
  • Collaborate with clients to create reports and ensure production targets are met
  • Establish and maintain a quality program and transparent communication with client leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of healthcare operations experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in administration and preferably in healthcare-related fields
  • Familiarity with outsourcing operations or service industry preferred
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze Call Center data and report findings effectively
