Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 15-20 associates and oversee daily operations of the Call Center
- Collaborate with clients to create reports and ensure production targets are met
- Establish and maintain a quality program and transparent communication with client leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of healthcare operations experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Experience in administration and preferably in healthcare-related fields
- Familiarity with outsourcing operations or service industry preferred
- High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze Call Center data and report findings effectively
